What is an Affiliate Programme

Journey2Jannah by Safar Publications (shortened to ‘Safar’ for ease) Affiliate Programme allows individuals to earn commission by promoting Journey2Jannah through unique referral links.

Terms and Conditions

Commission Structure

• 1.1. Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% for each eligible sale generated through their unique referral link. 
• 1.2. Commissions will be paid for up to 2 years (730 days) from the date of the initial referral, including monthly and annual subscription renewals. 
• 1.3. Refunds will not be included in commission calculations. 
• 1.4. Safar reserves the right to adjust commission percentages based on reasonable grounds.

Tracking and Attribution

• 2.1. Sales are attributed to the affiliate if the customer completes a purchase within 14 days of clicking on the affiliate’s unique referral link. 
• 2.2. Using the affiliate link or coupon is required for a referral. This can be monitored through the Affiliate’s Dashboard.
• 2.3. Coupon marketing is at Safar’s discretion, not all affiliates may have access to it. 
• 2.4. Only specific products are within the programme’s scope, excluding institute services and Safar educational books. 
• 2.5. Safar is not obligated to pay commissions if the tracking software fails to register sales. The tracking software is the primary method used to determine commissions, and if it does not accurately track a sale, Safar cannot be held responsible for uncredited commissions.
• 2.6. Safar reserves the right to disallow sales for reasons like self-referrals or ineligible sales

Cookie Duration

• 3.1. The affiliate tool uses cookies with a predetermined duration. Safar is not liable for missed commissions if a potential customer clears their cookies within this period.

Eligible Sales

• 4.1. Payouts are based on eligible sales, including customers transitioning to a paid family subscription after their trial period and subsequent monthly and annual renewals.

Payment Details

• 5.1. Affiliate payouts are processed monthly within 30 days following the end of each calendar month. 
• 5.2. The minimum payout threshold per month is £15.  Safar has the right to change this value without notice. 
• 5.3 If monthly payment totals less than £15, once payment has accumulated to £15 payment will be made this month.
• 5.4 Payments are made via Safar’s preferred method (e.g., bank transfer or PayPal). 
• 5.5 Safar can withhold payment for breaches of T&Cs (e.g., spamming, false advertising, unethical marketing).

Marketing

• 6.1. Safar prioritises ethical practices and avoids unethical marketing tactics like discount-focused keywords, paid media campaigns using such terms, or coupon distribution on coupon sites. 
• 6.2. Spamming through email or social media comments, deceptive tactics, false advertising, illegal activity promotion, implying endorsement by the affiliate, and posting inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.

Compliance

• 7.1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Safar products and services. 
• 7.2. This includes ethical marketing practices and avoiding deceptive or misleading tactics. 
• 7.3. Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliation with Safar in accordance with relevant marketing and consumer protection regulations (e.g. anti-spam legislation).
• 7.4. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Commissions will not be awarded for self-referrals.

Termination

• 8.1. Safar reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for violating these terms or any other reason deemed appropriate.

Modification

• 9.1. Safar reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified via email or the Affiliate Dashboard.

Acceptance of Terms

• 10.1. By participating in the Programme, affiliates acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Right of Use

• 12.1. Safar has a perpetual and irrevocable licence to use the content the affiliate has created (e.g., blog posts and social posts) in Safar’s promotions (organic or paid).
• 12.2 Governing Law: UK law applies to this agreement
• 12.3 Use of Brand/Brand Integrity: Safar can request that content/images be taken down if they are deemed not to portray Safar in the right light.

Confidentiality

• 13.1. All information disclosed by Safar to the Affiliate under this Agreement, including but not limited to, commission rates, payment thresholds, marketing strategies, and customer data (excluding information publicly known or independently developed by the Affiliate), shall be considered confidential (“Confidential Information”).
• 13.2. The Affiliate agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Safar. The Affiliate shall use the Confidential Information only for the purpose of promoting Safar products and services under this Agreement.
• 13.3. The Affiliate shall take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information, using a standard of care no less than that used to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.

Limitation of Liability:

• 14.1 Safar provides no warranty or representation regarding the Affiliate Programme, its availability, or the accuracy and completeness of the tracking and reporting systems. 
• 14.2 The Affiliate Programme is provided on an “as is” basis. In no event shall Safar be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the programme, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business opportunities.

Non-Exclusivity:

• 15.1 This Agreement does not establish an exclusive relationship between the Affiliate and Safar. Both parties retain the right to endorse similar products and services offered by third parties and to collaborate with other entities regarding the design, sale, installation, implementation, and utilisation of comparable third-party services and products.

Affiliate Usage

• 16.1 You may only create and utilise one affiliate account. Upon approval of your application, you will receive confirmation of your participation. Subsequently, you will be granted direct access to your affiliate dashboard and personal referral link.
• 16.2 The primary role of the affiliate is to serve as a marketing promoter for Safar, introducing potential customers to Journey2Jannah. Affiliates are permitted to feature their affiliate link on their website and refer potential customers to Journey2Jannah.
• 16.3 As a programme participant, you have the authorisation to market and promote the products and services of Safar.
• 16.4 Affiliates are accountable for maintaining accurate company information on their website and in their promotional materials. This includes promptly updating information regarding pricing, packages, or services should changes occur within Journey2Jannah.
• 16.5 Affiliates are prohibited from making any statements that may disparage or harm the brand of Safar. Upon request from Safar, affiliates must promptly remove any social posts, messages, blog posts, or other communications that could negatively impact the Safar/Safar brand, staff, or promotional campaigns.
• 16.6 Safar has the right to inquire about the specific placement the affiliate links provide by the Affiliate. Additionally, affiliates are obligated to provide details regarding the utilisation of your affiliate links upon your request, including access to paid platforms if necessary.

Definitions

• Safar: Safar Publications Ltd selling the Journey2Jannah product.
• Abandoned Affiliate Account: An account where the Affiliate Dashboard has not been logged into for 12 months or has no referrals
• Affiliate: Individuals or entities participating in the Affiliate programme.
• Affiliate Link: The personal link used to track referrals and commissions.
• Affiliate Programme: The programme operated by Safar to reward affiliates for referring customers.
• Commission: The money an affiliate earns from each referral that converts into a sale.
• Customer: End-users of Journey2Jannah products.
• Dashboard: The admin-panel for the Affiliate with key information
• Ineligible Sales: A sale that goes against the code of conduct of Safar
• Referral: A potential customer led to Journey2Jannah’s website using the affiliate link.
