- Our platform employs a comprehensive global check to ensure your username is unique across the entire user base, which exceeds 3000+ users. If you get an error that the username is already taken try adding numbers afterwards, see below for some tips when creating a username:
- If it is for a student, combine the first and second name for recognition and add their date of birth (e.g., HassanAli2010).
- If it is for a teacher, once the teacher is created with their email that becomes their username
- The parent’s username is automatically created and it is their name and a generated random number
- Avoid personal info, keep it simple, and check for availability. Choose a unique and memorable identifier that links with your institute.
