The following steps are how an Admin Account User can reset the password of any student in their institute:
1. Navigate to https://my.journey2jannah.com/manage-classroom/
2. Click “STUDENTS” on the left panel which will take you to the list of students.
3. Find the student you would like to select.
4. Then we click on the 3 dots to the right of their “LAST LOGIN”.
5. Click “Change Password”
6. Enter new password in the bar
7. Click on the ‘save’ button. This will change their password.
8. You can click on the little eye symbol to show the password you have entered.
9. Be sure to notify the relevant users/parents of the new password to their account!
