This article will provide you instructions describing how you can increase your seats (accounts) as an institute on Journey2Jannah allowing you to add more teachers and students.
To complete this step you will need ‘switch to’ this isuer on J2J WP Admin.
1. Navigate to https://my.journey2jannah.com/manage-classroom/
2. Click “ADD MORE SEATS”
3. This will take you the safarpublication.org website. Click “VIEW”
4. Click “ADD MORE SEATS”
5. Use the ‘+’ or ‘-‘ buttons to update your subscription. The number in the box will be your updated subscription as indicated it will be your new ‘Total No. of Seats’.
6. A new message will pop up indicating the total number of seats you have now.
7. Click “UPDATE SEATS”
8. It will ask for your confirmation. Click “PLACE ORDER”
9. This will take you to your order form. Click “UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION”
10. It will take you to the order confirmation page. Click “GET STARTED WITH JOURNEY2JANNAH”
11. It will take your to your dashboard with a notification of your total seats updated.
