If you cancel after the 14-day trial period, you will NOT receive a refund for the current billing cycle (Month or year). However, you will have access to your account and all its benefits until the end of the billing cycle and there will be no further charges beyond the billing cycle you are on.
Examples
- You cancel after 10 days – You will not be charged at all and you can still use your free account until the 14th day.
- You are a monthly subscriber and cancel after 15 days – You will be charged for 1 months subscription and can continue using your account until the end of your billing cycle (1 month).
- You are an annual subscriber and cancel any time after 14 days – You will be charged for 1 years subscription and can continue using your account until the end of your billing cycle (1 year).
